SERVICES
Fluentoday will provide educational services to you via the website www.fluentoday.com in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Services we provide are described in full on the website, so you should check that the Services are suitable for your needs prior to registration.
In registering with us, you accept our terms and conditions of enrolment.
1. Online bookings – Once we have received your order requesting to enrol on a course or on a single lesson, we will normally confirm the booking within 24 hours of receipt of your order, provided that we have received payment as requested and subject to availability.
2. Fluentoday shall not be liable to you for any delay or for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, if that failure is caused by circumstances beyond Fluentoday reasonable control including, without limitation: any act of God, failure or shortage of power supplies, flood, drought, lightning or fire, strike, lockout or labor dispute, internet services providers, telecommunication operators, sub-contractors, or other third parties, war or military operations.
3. If at any time any provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid or illegal in any respect such provision shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement but the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
4. Failure by either party to exercise or enforce any right conferred by this Agreement against the other party shall not be or be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor in any way prejudice any right of that party under this Agreement.
5. This Agreement, represents the entire agreement in relation to the Services between you and Fluentoday and supersedes all other agreements and representations made by either party whether oral or written.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an Individual Lesson by the Student
The student may cancel individual classes by giving at least 24 hours prior notice to the tutor, in which case is permitted.
Lessons which are not attended by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to Fluentoday shall be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation of Individual Lessons by the Tutor
The tutor may cancel individual lessons with 24 hours prior notice to the student. Any pre-paid fees will be refunded.
If the tutor cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, the student will have a refund for that lesson, if prepaid, or ask for the lesson to be rescheduled.
Cancellation of a Group Lesson
The student cannot cancel group lessons, only tutors can, and just in case of unexpected and unpredictable events. Under such circumstances an alternative lesson will be rescheduled straightforward.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
When you register you will be asked for your contact details and your ideal method of payment. You will be charged at the moment of booking an individual class or a monthly group class.
Individual classes can be refunded, if canceled at least 24 hours of the booked class. Group classes can be refunded if cancellation is 14 days before the course starts.
Method of payments accepted:
PayPal: It is a simple, fast and secure online payment option. Please note that you need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.
Bank transfer: You can also pay by bank transfer. Upon receiving your payment, you will receive the invoice by email.
Credit card: All credit cards are accepted.
