Everybody is always welcome in our courses, however we are aware that young kids require specific lessons personalized to their age and needs. Because of that, our lessons are more aimed at teenagers and adults.

While we try to use Italian all the time, we may use English sometimes to accelerate the process of comprehension especially for absolute beginners. For intermediate and advanced learners only Italian will be used during lessons

The only technical requirement you will be asked to have is a good Internet connection to support the software of the platform. In case of any technical problem our staff in real time will assist you.

Yes, all our teachers are Italian, based in Italy with an academic background to teach Italian as a second language.

Yes. Participants of our language course take a placement test before joining our courses. This is done so that we can place each student in the course that suits their level and their needs. Absolute beginners do not need to take a test.

All students are divided into groups of equal ability according to their own placement test. The levels range from beginners with no previous knowledge of the language, to participants with basic and intermediate language skills, to advanced participants.

The language courses (group courses) consist of minimum 3  participants.

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is the international standard for describing language ability. It describes language competence on a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for those who have mastered a language. This makes it easy for anyone involved in language teaching and testing, such as teachers or learners, to see the level of different qualifications.
